If you want to know the difference between religion and a relationship with God then read this whole article.  How awesome is our Lord??  He loves everyone of you equally the same and it doesn’t matter who you are and where you came from.  He knows what you have done and forgives you of everything as long as you ask for forgiveness.  The Lord Jesus can only change you if you allow him into your heart as your savior.  You can’t earn your way to heaven by good deeds, traditions or a list of how many prayers you have prayed.  God tells us, that none of us are good according to his law(The commandments).  God also tells us we have to be spiritually born from him through Christ his only son.  For the pure and perfect sacrifice of the Lord Jesus is the only way to salvation.  Christ paid for all of us to be with the father in heaven and you can’t earn your way in.  Ask the Lord for forgiveness and ask him to come into your heart and be your savior.  Don’t be deceived by religion and man made rules and regulations.  True Christianity is not a religion but Salvation in Christ and forgiveness so we can be with the Almighty Father in heaven who loves us all.
